We’re hiring for two positions designed to be filled together—Store Manager-in-Training and Front-End Manager-in-Training. We’re looking for two people who know each other—often a couple, close friends, or family members—who are excited about the adventure of living and working together in rural Alaska. Due to housing arrangements and the nature of the opportunity, we are only considering applicants who apply as a pair. This is a training position. Once you complete your training, you will move into a Front End Department Manager position. Each retail team member plays a vital role in our stores and the communities they serve. You will be asked to take care of various tasks throughout the store.
