Department Manager with focus on Customer Experience (m/f/d) in full time (37,5 h/Week) for ZARA store in Frankfurt.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create a positive customer experience by continuously improving customer service and optimizing processes
  • Analyze customer profiles and develop strategies tailored to their specific needs
  • Motivate team with positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Identify potential in team members and support their development through personalized training
  • Regularly analyze KPIs to keep budget and sales targets for departments in sight
  • Implement measures to achieve business goals
  • Ensure smooth merchandise flow and highlight products using operational guidelines and innovative in-house technologies
