Requirements

  • A relevant degree and QTS, proven leadership experience
  • Ability to build and adapt robust, inclusive schemes of work
  • Skilled at translating performance metrics into classroom action plans
  • Confident in delegating, managing workloads, and motivating staff
  • Clear, professional collaboration with SLT, parents, and governors
  • Holds UK QTS with proven subject leadership or middle management experience

Nice to have

  • A DBS on the update service would be a distinct advantage due to the urgent nature of some of these roles
