Job Responsibility

Requirements
A relevant degree and QTS, proven leadership experience
Ability to build and adapt robust, inclusive schemes of work
Skilled at translating performance metrics into classroom action plans
Confident in delegating, managing workloads, and motivating staff
Clear, professional collaboration with SLT, parents, and governors
Holds UK QTS with proven subject leadership or middle management experience
Nice to have
A DBS on the update service would be a distinct advantage due to the urgent nature of some of these roles
