Skye Bridge LLC, an ACE Hardware retailer is looking for an individual to fill the "Front of House Lead" position in our Horizon Ridge location. At Ace we are the helpful folks and we enjoy it, we also expect every perspective team member to have this mindset. If this sounds like you please keep reading Front of House Lead: The FOH Lead is a customer facing position and has a hand in almost anything related to the checkout process for customers in the store or shopping the store online.

Job Responsibility:

  • Helping maintain process and procedure adherence through the checkout process
  • Track & grow the ACE rewards utilization for the store's customer base
  • Manage AceHardware.com orders and record keeping protocols

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service
  • Strong organizational skills with a passion for details
  • Willing to learn all areas of the store and help train others
  • Ability to follow ALL safety standards and requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of various departments is strongly desired
  • A consistent pattern of on-time attendance
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to exert moderate, though not constant, physical effort - typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift and transport various objects weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Requires the ability to move heavier objects with assistance
