Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to lead our dynamic team as a Department Head of Property Management. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Stockport. We are offering a realistic OTE of up to £55,000, depending on experience

Job Responsibility

  • Taking ownership of the Property Management function, leading performance, culture and overall direction
  • Setting and delivering KPIs across retention, renewals, rent reviews and income
  • Monitoring performance through data and MI, identifying opportunities to drive improvement
  • Leading and developing Team Leaders, Property Managers and Inspectors, supporting progression and high standards
  • Acting as the escalation point for complex issues, complaints and key client relationships
  • Driving growth through improved retention, customer experience and portfolio opportunities
  • Providing clear reporting, insight and direction to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience within Property Management or Residential Lettings
  • Commercially minded, with experience driving performance, retention and growth
  • A strong leader of teams and leaders, able to build and develop high-performing structures
  • Confident handling complaints, client relationships and complex situations
  • ARLA Qualified (or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • Highly organised, with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
