Job Responsibility
Guide patients through every stage of their treatment journey
Present treatment options clearly and confidently
Discuss finance solutions and support case acceptance
Convert enquiries into committed treatment plans
Build long-term patient relationships based on trust and confidence
Support the clinician in delivering a seamless patient experience
Monitor performance metrics and contribute to practice growth
Act as the key link between clinician, patient and wider practice team
Requirements
Experienced within private dentistry
Knowledgeable in implants, restorative and cosmetic treatments
Confident discussing complex treatment plans and patient finance options
Commercially aware and motivated by achieving targets and KPIs
Exceptional at building trust and rapport with patients
Professional, resilient and highly organised
Comfortable working alongside high-performing clinicians who have exceptionally high standards
Able to manage multiple patient journeys simultaneously
Passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience from consultation through to completion
GDC registration
More than two years' post-qualification experience or senior dental nursing experience
Up-to-date Hepatitis B and immunisations
Experience within private dentistry and the standards required
A genuine passion for patient care and relationship building
The confidence to influence, communicate and guide patients effectively
