Job Description

This role provides comprehensive technical and administrative support to staff and students across a range of teaching, learning, and research activities, primarily within the Dental Hygiene and Therapy team. The post holder will be responsible for the preparation, organisation, maintenance, and ongoing development of specialist clinical, laboratory, and simulation environments, along with the associated equipment, hardware, software, and digital systems required to support high‑quality teaching and learning.

Requirements

  • Degree and/or a relevant professional qualification in a health-related or biological science discipline
  • Relevant registration with the General Dental Council (GDC)
  • Recent experience working in a relevant healthcare role within a clinical environment
  • Good understanding of clinical practices, professional standards, and patient-focused working
  • Confidence supporting practical activities and ability to work effectively with staff and students
