Job Description

At Alpha Dental Care Northallerton, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent NHS and Private patient care in a friendly and professional environment. We are looking for a Dental Receptionist who is organised, approachable, and passionate about customer service.

Job Responsibility

  • managing appointments
  • supporting patients throughout their journey
  • recognising opportunities to discuss relevant treatments and services that may benefit patients

Requirements

  • receptionist experience, ideally within a clinical setting
  • maths/English GCSE or equivalent
  • passion for customer and patient care
