We’re seeking a Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our busy front-desk team at New Bank Dental Practice, Blackburn. Job Responsibility

Managing patient bookings, records, and payments
Providing a warm welcome and ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed
Supporting clinicians and the wider dental team with administrative tasks
Maintaining a tidy, organised reception area and ensuring smooth daily operations

Requirements

Dental experience preferred: experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Nurse is advantageous
Excellent interpersonal skills: calm, confident, and patient-focused
Organised and efficient: able to handle a busy front desk with professionalism
Reliable and friendly: a great communicator and genuine team player
