Job Responsibility:
Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision
Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly
Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care
Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable
Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records
A team player who thrives on helping others
