Job Description:

We’re looking for a friendly, organised Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team at Guildford Dental Centre on a part-time basis. This is a fixed-term contract, with potential opportunities to join the wider business permanently for the right person. Schedule: 3 days per week – Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM. Location: We’re a well-established, private four-surgery practice right across from Guildford train station – ideal for commuters. Contract: Fixed term end date Friday 28th Aug 2026. Our reception team plays a vital role in delivering that experience from the very first interaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous dental or healthcare reception experience preferred
  • Strong admin and people skills
  • Confident managing bookings, handling patient queries, supporting the clinical team, and keeping things running smoothly at the front desk
  • A great communicator who brings a calm, professional approach to a busy environment
