Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist or Patient Coordinator looking for a flexible, part-time role within a thriving city-centre dental practice? Chester Dental Studio is seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to work on Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday. Chester Dental Studio opening hours are between 7am and 7pm, hours to be discussed at interivew. Pay is dependent on experience, and this role may also suit a qualified dental nurse wishing to transition into a receptionist or treatment coordinator role. About Us: Chester Dental Studio is a modern, three-surgery practice located in Chester city centre. We offer a supportive working environment with direct assistance from our practice manager and a dedicated team of qualified dental nurses. Role Overview: As a Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping manage appointments, enquiries, and maintaining the smooth daily operation of the reception area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide outstanding telephone and front-desk service
  • Schedule private treatment appointments and follow treatment plans
  • Discuss and present finance options professionally
  • Work alongside clinicians to coordinate patient care
  • Support digital marketing efforts and promote practice treatments
  • Deliver efficient reception services to support clinical workflows

Requirements:

  • Previous dental reception or dental practice experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
