Queens Road Dental Care is looking for an experienced and inspiring Practice Manager to lead our busy, modern practice through an exciting period of growth. Queens Road Dental Care is a private, 9-surgery practice in Nottingham with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality patient care. Following a recent refurbishment and the addition of a brand-new surgery, this is a great time to join and play a key role in shaping the next phase of the practice’s development. Job Responsibility:
Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver exceptional patient care
Foster a positive, collaborative working environment
Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice
Monitor KPIs and improve processes to maximise efficiency
Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards
Drive revenue growth and support delivery of P&L targets
Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability
Work closely with clinicians and the wider team to optimise results
Work with the central marketing team on campaigns, website updates, and social media
Increase patient enquiries and strengthen the practice’s local presence
Identify opportunities to grow the business and enhance the patient experience
Requirements:
Background in healthcare or a clinical environment
proven experience leading larger teams
strong commercial awareness, including working with KPIs and P&L
highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
experience supporting marketing initiatives and driving business growth
Nice to have:
Dental experience is a plus but not essential
