Are you a enthusiastic, driven leader who thrives on developing people, driving performance in the right way, and creating exceptional patient experiences? We're looking for an ambitious and proactive Dental Practice Manager to lead our modern, 7-surgery practice in the heart of Catterick Garrison. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CQC registered manager who combines strong dental commercial awareness with outstanding people skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Overall operational, people, compliance, and commercial performance of the practice
  • Ensuring exceptional patient care while driving growth and efficiency
  • Lead the practice independently while benefiting from the support of a wider management team

Requirements

  • Previous Dental Practice Manager experience
  • CQC registered manager
  • Motivated and eager to motivate a team
  • Confident in all aspects of team management
  • Experienced in the administrative tasks of running a clinical setting
