Job Description

Alpha Dental Care Eston is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our friendly and professional dental team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader with strong organisational, people management, and operational skills to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of a busy mixed NHS and private dental practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clinical excellence, delivering outstanding patient care, managing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Working alongside a dedicated team of clinicians and support staff, you will help drive practice growth, maintain high standards, and create a positive environment for both patients and employees.
