Job Description:

Queens Road Dental Care is seeking an experienced, inspirational Practice Manager to lead our busy, modern practice through an exciting period of growth. With a newly refurbished facility, an additional state-of-the-art surgery, and a talented team, this is a rare opportunity to shape the practice’s future while driving operational excellence and commercial success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, motivate, and support the practice team to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of the team
  • Promote accountability and maintain high standards across the practice
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice
  • Monitor KPIs and streamline administrative processes to maximise efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance requirements
  • Drive revenue growth and support the practice in meeting P&L targets
  • Monitor practice performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Work closely with clinicians and the wider team to maximise practice performance
  • Collaborate with the central marketing team to support website updates, campaigns, and social media activity
  • Help increase patient enquiries and strengthen the practice’s presence within the local community
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business and enhance the overall patient journey

Requirements:

  • Experienced Practice Manager or Clinic Manager (essential)
  • Clinical or healthcare background (dental experience beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a large team
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and P&L performance
  • A strong leader who can inspire the team, promote accountability, and maintain high standards across the practice
  • Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience supporting marketing initiatives and driving business growth
