Previous experience in a dental practice management role or a senior dental role (preferred)
Qualified Dental Nurse with radiography training
Strong clinical confidence
Experience working with specialists and complex clinics
Confident using dental systems (SOE) and compliance systems (iComply / DCME)
Previous leadership experience or ready to step into a leadership role
Organised, proactive and confident supporting a busy practice environment

Job Responsibility

Supporting the Practice Manager with daily operations
Assisting with compliance, governance and regulatory requirements
Acting as lead or deputy for key roles such as Safeguarding, RPS, Information Governance, Complaints, Fire Safety and First Aid
