  • Support delivery of financial and operational targets
  • Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians to maximise practice performance
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives
  • Champion exceptional patient care and service
  • Work alongside our marketing team to strengthen local visibility
  • Support campaigns, patient communications, and community engagement
  • Identify opportunities to improve the patient journey and grow the practice

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing larger teams
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and business performance
  • A track record of delivering operational improvements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
  • Experience supporting business growth and marketing initiatives
  • Dental experience is advantageous but not essential
