Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development
Build engagement and encourage continuous improvement
Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and governance requirements
Drive operational efficiency and service excellence
Monitor and improve key performance indicators
Support delivery of financial and operational targets
Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for growth
Work collaboratively with clinicians to maximise practice performance
Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives
Champion exceptional patient care and service
Work alongside our marketing team to strengthen local visibility
Support campaigns, patient communications, and community engagement
Identify opportunities to improve the patient journey and grow the practice
Requirements
Proven leadership experience managing larger teams
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and business performance
A track record of delivering operational improvements
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
Experience supporting business growth and marketing initiatives
Dental experience is advantageous but not essential
