Step into a role where you can grow your leadership skills, feel genuinely supported, and make a real impact in a well-run, respected dental practice. This is a chance to build meaningful management experience in a stable environment, with the backing of an experienced team and a wider support network behind you. If you’re ready to take the next step, whether that’s your first Clinic Manager role or a move from an Assistant Manager or Lead Nurse position, this role gives you the space, trust, and guidance to succeed. This opportunity is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting in February 2026. You’ll be joining a practice that’s already performing well, with a loyal patient base and a strong team in place. That means less firefighting and more focus on leading people, improving processes, and shaping the day-to-day experience for both patients and staff. You’ll work closely with the Director of Clinic Support and have full access to Envisage’s central support, so you’re never on your own.
