Job Description

Dental Practice Manager – Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire. We're looking for an ambitious and proactive Dental Practice Manager to lead our modern, 7-surgery practice in the heart of Catterick Garrison. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CQC registered manager who combines strong dental commercial awareness with outstanding people skills. You'll be someone who thinks quickly, works independently, takes ownership of challenges, and inspires teams to deliver their very best every day.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the overall operational, people, compliance, and commercial performance of the practice
  • Ensuring exceptional patient care while driving growth and efficiency
  • Lead the practice independently
  • Balance people management, business performance, and regulatory compliance in a busy healthcare environment

Requirements

  • Previous Dental Practice Manager experience
  • CQC registered manager
  • Motivated and eager to motivate a team
  • Confident in all aspects of team management
  • Experienced in the administrative tasks of running a clinical setting
