Job Description:

You’ll be leading a bright, airy 6-surgery private practice, set in beautiful grounds in a detached building designed specifically for dentistry. Located on the edge of Ashdown Forest, the practice offers something rare: a calm, professional environment that doesn’t feel rushed or chaotic. Job Responsibility:

Leading, supporting, and developing the practice team
Overseeing daily operations, compliance, and high clinical standards
Managing rotas, workflows, and resources to keep the practice running smoothly
Championing an excellent patient experience from start to finish
Supporting performance, efficiency, and long-term growth

Requirements:

Proven management experience, ideally within healthcare, dental, or a similar people-focused environment
Confident leading teams and handling day-to-day operational challenges
Organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable juggling priorities
Strong communication skills with a warm, professional approach
Commercially aware, with an eye for improving systems and performance

Nice to have:

Dental or healthcare experience
