This is a key leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations while working closely with the doctor(s) to drive team performance, patient satisfaction, and the overall financial health of the practice.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop a high-performing front office and administrative team
Oversee scheduling, insurance coordination, billing, and collections
Track office performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Partner with the doctor(s) to enhance workflows and operational efficiency
Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
Act as the main point of contact for patients, staff, and providers
Requirements:
2+ years of office management experience and strong understanding of dental/healthcare operations, insurance, and collections
Proven experience in office management, preferably within a dental or healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of administrative operations and best practices
Familiarity with dental billing, insurance processes, and financial management
Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively
Proficiency in relevant software and tools commonly used in dental practices
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges promptly
Exceptional communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals
Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
