Our purpose-built, fully refurbished practice offers a modern, calm, and welcoming environment, including: 3 fully equipped surgeries; Spacious reception and waiting areas; Dedicated CBCT room, decontamination room, office, and accessible facilities; Large rear car park with 40 spaces, plus additional free parking nearby; A fully digital setup including SOE Exact, Clinipads, digital X-rays, scanners, CBCT, and a Zeiss microscope; Specialist services, including implantology. About the Team: You’ll be joining a highly experienced, stable, and genuinely supportive team where long service is the norm. Most colleagues only leave when life takes them elsewhere recent departures have been due to relocation, family commitments, or maternity. You’ll work closely with long-standing associate dentists and a specialist implantologist, within a culture built on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect. Hours & Benefits: We believe worklife balance should be more than just a phrase, which is why this role offers real flexibility: Minimum 26 hours per week; Hours can be worked over as few as 3 days; Morning, afternoon, or full-day shifts available; GDC registration, indemnity, and CPD fully funded; Paid day off for your birthday; Option to purchase up to one additional week of annual leave; Contributory pension scheme; Uniform provided; On-site parking for easy commuting.
