Join Our Team at New Lodge Dental Practice – Oxted, Surrey. Are you an experienced Dental Nurse looking for a part-time role in a friendly, supportive, and well-established practice? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We’re currently giving our practice a fresh new look – with refurbished surgeries, brand-new chairs, and a revamped reception area. It’s a great time to join as we continue to grow and improve. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an experienced dentist as well as an implantologist and oral surgeon. Even if you haven’t had experience in this area yet, don’t worry – we’re happy to support your training. It’s a great way to build your skills, broaden your clinical experience, and open the door to more advanced roles in the future.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work alongside an experienced dentist as well as an implantologist and oral surgeon
  • Support your training in implantology and oral surgery if needed

Requirements:

  • GDC-registered Dental Nurse (or a trainee enrolled on a course with solid chairside experience)
  • Friendly, approachable, and a real team player
  • Comfortable in a busy practice and eager to learn
  • Keen to expand your knowledge in more complex treatments

  • Perform required care including taking X-rays, cleaning teeth and dentures, applying sealants, assess patient’s oral heath to report finding to dentist, following all ADA and Company standards of care
  • Explain procedures as they are completed to patient. Follow up with staff at facility to review recommendations for patient
  • Enter chart notes for treatment provided into Salesforce at the time of treatment
  • Ensure that OSHA safety and cleanliness regulations are followed during patient treatment
  • Ensure that disposables are handled correctly before leaving facilities
  • Check out with dental contact at facility, including review of chart notes. Leave printed copies of chart notes with facilities for patient charts
