Dental Network Relations Senior Analyst

• Acts as a resource for all dental products to DSO leadership and staff, providers, sales, and marketing
• negotiates provider contract language and compensation
• works cross functionally to resolve provider concerns and document resolution
• manages account relationships for DSOs and large dental groups
• negotiates contracts at all organizational levels with a focus on cost-of-care strategy
• analyzes data to identify cost savings opportunities
• recruits providers to meet network expansion and access needs
• communicates early warning signs of issues to management

2 years dental or medical industry and/or insurance knowledge

• 5+ years dental provider relations experience
• DSO experience
• DHMO product experience
