Job Description

We’re looking for a highly consultative Multi Location Group Trainer, Chicago - Central to lead impactful, in-person training that accelerates early clinical success with Dandy’s digital dentistry solutions. This role is field-based, with up to 85% travel, and is focused on helping dental practices adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows with confidence. You’ll serve as a trusted clinical advisor to clinicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders—helping teams adopt new technology, digital workflows, improve clinical performance, and accelerate early success. This role combines clinical training expertise with operational execution and post-training insight to deliver measurable value at the intersection of training, technology, and practice growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows
  • Coach teams based on live observation
  • Drive early case submission during training
  • Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits
  • Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology
  • Strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows
  • Experience training cohorts of up to ten assistants or staff at a time
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85%
  • Located near a major airport (ORD)
  • Must be within 60-min drive of airport
  • Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff
  • Comfortable operating independently in the field
  • 3+ years managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-practice coordination
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
