Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the daily operations, and resource support for Department training programs, supporting the educational, regulatory and strategic goals of the department
  • Plans the development of education programs/curriculum, onboarding, training, continuing education and competency
  • Implements daily operations and assists leadership in strategic plans for all professional training programs
  • Develops and implements educational material and curriculum
  • Develops and creates educational programs, including but not limited to, presentations, videos, on-line courses, teaching tools, handbooks, simulation scripts, newsletters, etc.
  • Provides training through various modalities, including but not limited to, simulation, laboratory sessions, lectures, online, and asynchronous programs
  • Perform multidisciplinary quality assurance reviews and/or performance improvement plans
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience required
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
