Job Responsibility
Lead and support the practice team day to day
Help maintain a positive, supportive, and high-performing culture
Oversee operational processes and ensure smooth practice workflows
Support patient experience and front-of-house standards
Assist with rota coordination and team organisation
Ensure compliance and high standards across the practice
Support practice growth and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Previous management experience within dental or healthcare settings
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
A calm, supportive, and team focused attitude
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and team support
Commercial awareness and ability to support practice performance
