Southlake Dental Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our exceptional team. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, offering a stable schedule in a supportive and professional environment. Our practice is known for its collaborative culture, where team members uplift one another and prioritize patient care. Requirements:

Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment
If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to have:

Dentrix or other dental software experience
Dental assisting school certification

Radiography & Diagnostics: Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed)
Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.
