Demo Welder

The mission of the welder/controller is to perform welding using all available stations on the site, encompassing the execution of all necessary tasks listed below: Control of production (flux-cored wires and flux). Conduct technological tests and provide evaluations and comments in the presence of the sponsor. Perform welds for mechanical tests and analytical deposits according to instructions Ensure cleaning and first-level maintenance of the machines used. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools within the framework of 5S. Preparing the basic matals for welding. Carry out sampling, identification, and machining Keeping workshops clean, tidy and safe. Training and further qualification in the technical and general aspects within the function's scope. Participate to the continuous improvement of the process focused by the development of the operational excellency Participate to the QSE culture on the site in following the different procedures focus in the field To be trained and able to react to the different situations of urgency such as fire situation. This list is not exhaustive, and the role should be interpreted comprehensively, evolving based on products, equipment, and production processes.
