Job Responsibility:
Ensure smooth kitchen processes and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Prepare for shifts, manage the mise-en-place, and make sure everything is cleaned and stored properly afterwards
Mentor apprentices and interns, as well as a supportive teammate for young chefs
Work at the stove, take pride in the quality of dishes, and always keep post under control
Requirements:
Completed an apprenticeship as a chef
Gained first experience as a cook
Fluent in both German and English
Desire to learn new things
Enthusiastic about live cooking, international cuisine and new food concepts
