Job Description:

The role involves preparing special meals, monitoring food quality, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards, assisting with team training, and maintaining safety and hygiene practices. Job Responsibility:

Prepare special meals or substitute items
regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator
ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
maintain food logs
monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared
prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Requirements:

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
at least 3 years of related work experience
no supervisory experience required.
