As our Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food experiences for our rooftop venue, Cleo. Working closely with the senior culinary team, you'll help execute creative menus, ensure smooth service and uphold the Hyde standard that keeps our clients coming back.
Job Responsibility:
Support the delivery of food service at Cleo, from prep to service execution
Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes
Maintain a clean, safe and organised section in line with food safety standards
Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal dishes
Collaborate with the broader kitchen team to ensure seamless service
Lead and support junior kitchen team members during service
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi-CDP ready to step up)
Experience in a high-volume, premium dining environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work across multiple functions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and evening service
