Job Responsibility

  • Handle preparatory and follow-up tasks in the service area, including mise en place and setting tables to a high standard
  • Act as a competent point of contact for both national and international guests
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient service flow during breakfast, brunch, and dinner buffets
  • Take orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages
  • Take care of guests and offer attentive guidance throughout their entire restaurant experience

Requirements

  • Completed training in the hotel and catering industry or turned passion into a career and bring experience
  • Strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail
  • Fluent in German and English
