Job Responsibility:
Ensure timely and correct service during meals, breaks, and conference drinks
Support and host events, meetings & banquets with international guests
Provide service and hospitality throughout the event
Assist the Chef de Rang with organization and smooth operations
Act as contact for guest requests and complaints
Maintain hygiene standards
Support colleagues across the banqueting department
Requirements:
Eagerness to grow, learn, and be part of a family-like and ambitious team
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Ideally experience in a similar role or training in hospitality
Strong communication skills in German and English
