Job Description:

Berners Tavern at The London EDITION is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. The restaurant features a contemporary British menu, led by Michelin-starred Chef Jason Atherton. Roles include new menu creation, skills development, and career progression within a renowned luxury hotel group.

Job Responsibility:

Learn and develop new dishes based on a monthly changing menu
Work under the guidance of the Executive Chef
Progress through different kitchen sections
Attend internal and external training sessions
Visit suppliers for hands-on training

Requirements:

Previous experience in a professional kitchen
Fine dining experience is preferred
Willingness to learn and develop
Positive 'can do' attitude
Passionate, driven, organised and punctual
