As our Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist a Chef de Partie in a specific section of the kitchen by preparing ingredients, organising stock, and keeping your area clean. Located atop a former department store in London's West End, Aqua Nueva serves refined, contemporary Spanish cuisine from the North, with a seasonal à la carte menu and menu del día.

Job Responsibility:

Assist a Chef de Partie in a specific section of the kitchen by preparing ingredients, organising stock, and keeping your area clean
Assist the section chef with preparing specific ingredients, salads, sauces under instruction from senior team members
Support and help fellow team members by ensuring your duties are performed consistently

Requirements:

Assisting Experienced Chefs in Crafting Recipes for Success
