Job Responsibility
Help create and deliver a contemporary British menu
Constantly learn new dishes based on season
Work under guidance of Executive Chef
Work and progress through different sections of the kitchen
Learn a new monthly menu at Rosette standard
Participate in internal and external trainings
Requirements
Previous experience in a professional kitchen
Fine dining experience is preferred
Willingness to learn and develop
Positive 'can do' attitude
Passionate, driven, organised and punctual
