As Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the culinary team in preparing high-quality dishes across a variety of kitchen stations. You will play a vital role in both the pre-opening setup and the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen, maintaining Four Seasons standards and ensuring a consistently elevated dining experience.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in pre-opening activities including kitchen setup, menu tastings, and operational dry runs
Prepare and present dishes according to recipe and presentation standards
Support the Chef de Partie in managing a kitchen section during service
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and hygiene practices
Help guide and train junior team members, especially Commis chefs
Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist in minimizing waste through proper storage and rotation
Requirements:
Experience in a similar culinary role within a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant
Good technical skills and the ability to work across multiple stations
Familiarity with HACCP protocols and safe food handling practices
Eagerness to learn, develop, and contribute to a high-performing team
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
Fluency in English is essential
