Job Description:

On a charming corner of Fitzrovia sits Mortimer House Kitchen, an Italian restaurant, bar and terrace. The menu brings to life fond memories of family summers spent in Orta San Giulio and the Amalfi Coast. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will work closely with our experienced chefs and kitchen team to prepare and deliver high-quality dishes. Your role will involve assisting in all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality food
Effective communication and able to work collaboratively with others, in a team focused environment
Good time management and organisational skills
A genuine passion for great cooking and continuous improvement
