Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to support our kitchen operations and ensure consistent, high-quality food preparation. The role involves working closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to manage a specific section of the kitchen while maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards and recipes
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is used and maintained properly
  • Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
  • Ensure mise en place is prepared efficiently for service

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role in luxury hotel or resort
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards, with proven compliance in previous roles
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure kitchen environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
