We are looking for a passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to support our kitchen operations and ensure consistent, high-quality food preparation. The role involves working closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to manage a specific section of the kitchen while maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards.
Job Responsibility
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards and recipes
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required
Ensure all kitchen equipment is used and maintained properly
Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
Ensure mise en place is prepared efficiently for service
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role in luxury hotel or resort
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards, with proven compliance in previous roles
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure kitchen environment
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
