Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef De Partie to join our exceptional Culinary team.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting in the food preparation for all of our restaurants
Involved in full preparation of all aspects of the kitchen
Delivering delicious food and drink
Consistent in delivering service that delights
Supporting the senior team in delivering high quality, memorable food to all of our guests and members
Assisting the kitchen's senior leadership in managing all food health and safety related standards.
Requirements:
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking
An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
A genuine passion for hospitality.
