Demi Chef De Partie (Staff Canteen)

• Support daily food production in the staff canteen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Prepare mise en place and maintain a fully organized workstation before each service
• Cook and prepare food hygienically, efficiently, and according to standard recipes
• Ensure consistency in taste, temperature, presentation, and portioning
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and proper storage
• Assist with food requisitions and the preparation of daily market lists
• Work across various preparation areas as required to support the team
• Participate in daily briefings and scheduled training sessions
• Provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
• Step in to assist colleagues during busy periods and demonstrate a hands-on attitude
• Uphold grooming, hygiene, and code-of-conduct standards at all times
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• 3-4 years of experience in 5-star hotels or resorts, with a solid foundation in hospitality
• Strong command of English, along with solid mathematical and psychometric abilities
• Demonstrated aptitude, positive attitude, and potential for career growth
• Technical Education in Hospitality or Culinary Arts would be an added advantage.
