The Demi Chef de Partie prepares dishes, in conjunction with the other Pastry Chefs that are delicious, sweet treats for the hotel. Working as part of a pastry team, the role is responsible for ensuring that standards are maintained within the section. It is a vital part of the position to keep food quality for both guests and staff to the best standard possible. We are looking for a chef who is passionate about food and will work well within a dynamic and fast paced kitchen, handling the preparation and order of service within the Pastry Kitchen. You will need a high standard of food knowledge and skill with an eagerness to deliver delicious food using fresh ingredients.
