Requirements
Proven expertise and passion for Lebanese cuisine, with deep knowledge of traditional dishes, ingredients, and cooking methods
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant specializing in Middle Eastern or Lebanese cuisine
Culinary diploma or degree preferred
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high culinary standards
