Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations and fuel their curiosity
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
  • Collaborate with the team with the preparation and execution of all food and beverage outlet service periods
  • Maintain strong food safety and property standards, setting the pace in the industry
  • Organise and maintain the assigned section of the kitchen effectively
  • Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles focusing on attention to detail
