Job Description:

Temporary Demand/Supply Planner role for 6-9 months+ with hybrid working. Fantastic opportunity for a supply chain professional to make a tangible impact on product availability, inventory management, and planning efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, sales trends, and market insights
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, adjusting supply plans to meet business needs
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Identify and resolve potential supply chain issues proactively
  • Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting and planning processes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in demand/supply planning or inventory management
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP or planning tools is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Immediate availability is essential

  • Use statistical forecast to produce reliable base demand plan on-monthly-basis with the support from demand review with commercial & site team
  • Review forecast against actual sales and usage and coordinate with planners for replenishment and stock readiness
  • Prepare the demand review deck (presentation) to facilitate the SIOP meeting
  • participate and document the actions registers (minute meetings) and provide strict follow up on the established agreements later
  • Participate in the supply/demand balancing process ensuring a clear understanding of the assumptions made in the demand plan
  • Highlight/escalate any issues related to demand/supply that requires business decision and follow-up
  • Monthly measurement of Forecast Accuracy SBU KPIs (BIAS & MAPE). Prepare, report, and communicate the results to regional supply chain leaders
