We are seeking a proactive and analytical Demand & Supply Chain Planning Analyst 2 to manage global supply planning activities and ensure product availability across international markets. This role focuses on balancing customer service levels, inventory optimization, and supply execution while collaborating with manufacturing sites and regional planning teams.
Job Responsibility
Develop and manage global supply plans for assigned product portfolios
Translate business and inventory requirements into supply planning actions
Coordinate with regional planning teams to manage supply shortages and allocation strategies
Monitor and adjust purchase orders to maintain accurate supply visibility
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to regional distribution networks
Execute product allocation plans during constrained supply situations
Maintain planning master data to support accurate system information
Collaborate with manufacturing sites to understand capacity constraints and production plans
Support product launches, product changes, and stock build activities
Facilitate Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes
Lead supply review meetings with manufacturing plants and regional teams
Prepare inventory projections and communicate supply updates
Monitor key performance metrics, including inventory levels, line fill rates, and backorders
Identify and support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to optimize distribution activities
Requirements
5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations
Experience managing global supply plans and inventory allocation
Hands-on experience with SAP planning tools
Strong background in data analysis and reporting
Experience supporting IBP and S&OE processes preferred
Experience with network optimization and supply chain decision-making
Knowledge of Lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles is advantageous
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Quality, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant supply planning experience
Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Demonstrated experience working with SAP
Understanding of demand, supply, and transportation planning principles
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
