Job Description:

The Demand Signal Orchestrator serves as the operational connector between media execution and sales enablement, ensuring that all demand signals generated by the publishers are processed, validated, and delivered seamlessly to sales teams. This role oversees the full demand signal flow lifecycle from ingestion to validation and routing, ensuring demand signals are uploaded accurately into signal automation systems, tracked through the funnel, and addressed in a timely manner by sales.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee end-to-end demand signal processing, from campaign completion to system upload and sales routing
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure demand signals are integrated into demand signal automation platforms accurately and on time
  • Maintain alignment with Media Managers and Orchestrators to confirm that demand signal files, formats, and metadata meet system requirements
  • Track demand signal volumes and ensure data consistency across systems and reports
  • Partner with the Measurement and Sales Enablement teams to validate demand signal quality and completeness
  • Conduct spot checks and audits to ensure accuracy of demand signal data, targeting, and qualification
  • Manage the process for demand signal escalations, ensuring quick resolution of issues
  • Identify trends in demand signal quality and share insights to inform future campaign planning and publisher selection
  • Provide visibility into regional and global demand signal delivery status, pipeline progress, and SLA adherence
  • Support the development and maintenance of demand signal tracking dashboards and performance scorecards
  • Partner with Measurement and Analytics teams to ensure end-to-end visibility from campaign to closed opportunity
  • Contribute to publisher scorecard maintenance by providing insight into demand signal quality by publisher
  • Maintain documentation of demand signal flow processes, escalation paths, and data governance standards
  • Serve as the primary liaison between media buying teams and sales enablement
  • Collaborate with Media Orchestrators to ensure campaign-to-demand signal handoffs are smooth and accurately tracked
  • Partner with Sales to ensure signals are followed up on within defined timelines and feedback loops are maintained
  • Work closely with global and regional stakeholders to align demand signal flow processes and standards
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline signal ingestion, validation, and routing
  • Contribute to global standardization of signal flow processes, documentation, and escalation protocols
  • Support testing and improvement of demand signal management tools, workflows, and reporting systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Operations, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, demand signal management, or sales enablement
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and demand signal automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Integrate/Sentinel)
  • Experience managing data imports, validation, and demand signal lifecycle workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global and regional teams
