We are seeking a Demand & Resource Analyst to act as the central coordination point for all demand requests originating from UK network teams. This is a high-visibility role within Network Strategy Engineering, responsible for facilitating, tracking, and authorising requests in line with available resources. The role contributes directly to the strategic business plan by supporting forecasting, value-added analysis, and informed decision-making across financial and resource dimensions.
Job Responsibility:
Evaluate the impact of new and ongoing business opportunities on network demand and resources
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align scope, cost, and delivery with business objectives, budgets, and strategy
Ensure accurate and timely demand acceptance across UK network domains
Provide clear feedback to internal customers on forecasted costs, delivery timelines, and constraints
Maintain effective communication across the business until requirements are fully delivered
Manage priorities and address competing stakeholder requirements constructively
Track progress against forecasts and committed outcomes, highlighting risks and deviations
Develop action plans to mitigate issues, with clearly defined owners and deadlines
Maintain process documentation and resolve requirements related to tools and systems
Monitor and report key demand performance indicators for UK Demand Front Door networks
Requirements:
Technical experience across fixed, data, and transmission telecommunications networks
Experience in project or programme management within a telecommunications implementation environment
Knowledgeable in network implementation projects and relevant industry standards for transmission equipment installation
Skilled in demand and resource management, with strong analytical capability and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple priorities
A clear and confident communicator, able to translate complex technical topics into accessible messages
Experienced in stakeholder engagement and collaborative problem-solving
Proficient in English (written and spoken) at B2 level or above
Educated to university level, preferably in Automation, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related discipline
